I'm looking for a Downtown Solarium roommate on March 1st.

$1,000 per month (including internet and utilities)
The deposit is half of the monthly rent plus the key deposit.
You can use a sauna, fitness luggage, and hot tub.
We have furniture and kitchenware in our rooms and common spaces.

We provide laundry detergent, toilet paper, and rice.

Best location. 1 minute to the library. less than 5 minutes to ilac and other language school
Skytrain: 5 mins walk to Granville, Vancouver City Centre, Chinatown.
Bus stop: Bus 5 or 17 is a minute's walk away.
Supermarkets (Hmart, Igamart, Costco) and other amenities are very close.

It is a place where you can clearly feel the advantages of the city center.

The bathroom is clean. I clean it every day.
The washing machine and dryer are in the house.
Smoking, marijuana, partying, pet access, and making noise after drinking are prohibited in the building.

We give preference to those who have lived in a share room with their roommates in Canada and are familiar with the basic sharing rules.
