Solarium has a twin bed, and some furniture, you can sleep there and have few personal items. Also you'll get a den and it could be use as a closet and storage for the rest of your stuff.
All utilities are included(electricity, internet and cleaning).
Building has gym and bike parking, if you require car parking is extra, such an underground storage.
Location it's pretty good, you'll have any kind of restaurants on robson st (one block away) and con nection to transit is really good too, lots of buses each side and 5 min walk to burrard stn and 10 min walk to Vancouver city centre
Rent is $1250/month. Half deposit is required.
