We are looking for someone to move into the condo "Solar" on March 1st, where you can clearly enjoy the advantages of downtown.
$1000 per month (includes internet and utilities)
The deposit is half of the monthly rent plus the key deposit.
A sauna, gym and hot tub are available.
Rooms and common areas are equipped with furniture and kitchenware.
Laundry detergent, toilet paper, and rice are provided.
Best location. 1 minute to the library. ilac and other language schools within 5 minutes
Skytrain: 5-minute walk to Granville, Vancouver City Center and Chinatown.
Bus stop: Bus number 5 or 17 is a 1-minute walk away.
Supermarkets (H Mart, Iga Mart, Costco) and other convenience facilities are very close.
It is a place where you can clearly feel the advantages of the city center.
The bathroom is clean. I clean it every day.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the house.
Smoking, marijuana, parties, pets, and making noise after drinking are prohibited in the building.
Preference is given to those who have experience living in a shared room with roommates in Canada and are familiar with the basic sharing rules.
