At this time, we are looking for short term rental (3-4 months), can later be reviewed if need to go on a month to month basis.
This place is ideal for a new comer to Vancouver, like an international student or temporary worker.
Available on January 1st, 2024
Location: Vancouver, B.C. In a nice house near Trout Lake Area.
Trout Lake Community centre offers different programs and includes a full fitness centre.
Very convenient location, bus and Skytrain station are nearby.
Easy access to downtown Vancouver, as well easy access to UBC.
Supermarkets, restaurants and shops are all nearby.
Monthly rental fee: CAD 1050
Security deposit of $ 525 will be required to hold the room rental (this will be returned to you after you leave and all is in good order).
Includes:
Private bathroom, share kitchen (tenant will have their own assigned kitchen space) WIFI, electricity, hot water and use of laundry room.
Room is private and is fully furnished with a bed, bed linen, closet/cabinet, desk and chair.
