Downtown "Second Room" We're looking for someone to move in on January 1st.

$1300 per month (including internet and utilities)
Deposit has half the monthly rental fee + key department.
Sauna, gym, and hot tub are available.
Room and common space furniture, kitchenware, laundry detergent, tissues, and rice are available.
Two beds: Two masters, one second, one solar, one Den, one living room, and a total of six unisex people live together.
However, there is no rush in the bathroom. Everyone has work to do, so they sleep almost all the time.
The bathroom or common area is clean because it is cleaned every day.
There is enough storage space, and the room size is large. Balcony is available.
Furniture and household items are all ready.


The unit is neat.
It's in the washing machine dryer house.
Smoking/cannabis/parties/pets/pets/drinking in the building is prohibited.

Those who have lived in Canada sharing with their roommates, and those who are familiar with the basic share rules, are preferred.
