- 5 mins to Metrotown Station by bus. (Asian grocery stores. Food courts. Mall. Gyms.)
- Parks and nice coffee shops nearby.
Utilities:
- Internet included. Water and Electricity Included.
- You can do laundry multiple times per week. No real limit on that.
- The living room and kitchen is huge. Perfect for cooking and hanging out.
- There is a big TV and you can use it any time.
- We have a backyard and a barbecue stove.
The landlord would have rented the rooms for a higher price given the location and quality of the house. But she prefers individuals who are hardworking, tidy and considerate and bring good vibes to the house.
