I’m looking for a respectful, clean, non-smoking young adult/student to take up 1 bedroom ($1350) in a new 2-bedroom condo in Burquitlam.
You’ll have your own private room (lockable with key). Room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, a large drawer, bedside table, mirror, closet, study desk and chair.
There's in-suite laundry, large balcony, laminate floors, white granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including convection oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, internet.
There's also a decent sized gym with cardio machines, a cable machine and free weights, a quiet meeting/study room, as well as a bike and small storage locker available in the building.
You’ll be sharing the condo with me, I work at home most days, so prefer someone quiet. I like to lift, play basketball, and I ski/snowboard a lot in the winter.
No smoking or pets sorry :(. Please give me a brief description about yourself, references if available, and anything else you think may help. Available Nov 1 2023.
