I am looking for a female roommate who live in from Nov 1st.
Our place is only for females and which is located near Metrotown skytrain station by walking around 7 min.
A privite room is quite big, bright and very clean with wood floor and need to share washroom and kitchen area with two Korean girls. The room is fully furnished and you need to bring only your belongings. Also, all Utilities, Hydro and Hi-speed Wifi included.
*No smoking, Nomarijuana or cannabis, No party*

12月1日から住める方を探しています。
North Jubilee $900/月
ダウンタウンまでバスで10分 バス停まで徒歩3分 Roval Jubilee Hospital近くの一軒家の3部屋のうち1部屋が空きます。
＜アクセス＞
閑静な住宅街、14,15,8,3,11,27,28のバス停まで徒歩数分。ダウンタウン行きのバスも頻繁に出ています。
ヒルサイドショッピングセンターまで約15分。近くにはカフェや買い物客、夜10時まで営業しているスーパーマーケットもあります。
＜シェアハウスについて＞
玄関、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、IHコンロ、ポット、炊飯器、バスタブ付きバスルーム、洗濯機、乾燥機、掃除用具、洗剤、駐車スペースなどはシェアです。
家賃は光熱費、インターネット等全て込みで月900ドル/部屋、デポジットはその半額になります。
喫煙、パーティー、ペットは禁止です。
部屋に鍵はありません。
各部屋にヒーターがあります。
＜その他＞
現在日本人の男性２人でシェアをしています。
交通の便は良いですが、少し古いお家となっています。

Located in a very convenient area: 10-15 minute drive to UVic, 8-10 minute drive to Camosun College Lansdowne Campus, 10 minute drive to downtown, and a short walk to Hillside. On bus route 4, 6, 10, 22, 24, and 25.
