This place offers 24-hour security, access to amenity rooms within the building, and is conveniently situated in the heart of downtown near Yaletown, ensuring safety and ease of mobility.
I am seeking someone who can clean share areas and upload photos every weeks, and tidy up common areas after use (example: cleaning the gas stove and its surroundings after cooking, tidying personal items after using the living room, etc.)
I provide individual room key, entrance key, pub key, internet, kitchen utensils, furniture, and bedding. In suit Washing machine and dryer.

The monthly rent for April is $1,600, and if you stay short term in April, the daily rate is $55.
After that, the monthly rent is $1,800, but if you stay for more than 3 months, it is $1,700.
