【Job description】

This position will require you to provide retail or online sales support of Bell Mobility and Lucky Mobile service and plans, in addition to Bell home phone, internet and TV.

We have internal branded products such as Japanese portable WiFi and SIM cards for Japan which you would be required to support as well.

Our clientele includes both business and personal customers so you will have the opportunity to develop and grow relationships with both types of clients and to learn the business side of the telecommunications industry.

【Required Skills】

You will use both English and Japanese in this position.

・Japanese - Native level (fluent in spoken Japanese and writing business emails)
・English - Business level preferred (will need to call Dealer Support Centre on the phone)
・Must be a responsible person, able to work as part of a team and capable of handling difficult situations or customers
・Proactive with solutions to existing problems, possesses good negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills
・Excels at providing excellent customer service
・Computer Skills - Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in a business environment. Candidates who have used MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint on a daily basis is preferred. Knowledge of Wordpress (Blog updates) and SNS Updates is an asset
・We are looking for a candidate that is friendly and likes to talk and connect with people
・Ability to work a flexible schedule
・Multitasking
・Minimum 2 years sales experience in either Japan or Canada

【Location】Downtown Toronto, ON

【Starting from】Feb 2023

【Hours】20 hours / week

【Probationary Period】

500-hour probationary period. Upon completion of the probationary period an official review will be conducted to confirm successful employment.
During the probationary period the salary will be the minimum wage as per the Province of Ontario. Once this period is over and you gain successful employment, you will become eligible for sales commissions.

【Working VISA】Must be valid until the end of October 2023 or longer
