5月23日からバンクーバーからトロントに移動します。
9月24日まで泊まれるシェアハウス探しています。
ダウンタウンのESLに通う予定です。日本人、女性です。

家賃にどこまで含まれているか知りたいです。

ワーホリ中に一緒に働いていた友達がルームメイトを探しているので代理投稿させていただきます。
St. George Station駅から徒歩1分のところにあるコンドで、周りにはレストラン、バー、スーパー等ありBloor West streetにも面しているとても便利なエリアです。
ルームメイトを探している友達は仕事をしながら大学に通っているので忙しくあまり家にはいないませんが、とてもフレンドリーで社交的です。
長くカナダに住んでいるので文化面、英語面でも助けてもらえることがあるかともいます。
カナダにいてもネイティブと住む機会はなかなかないと思うのでいいチャンスだと思います。簡単に日本語で概要を書かせていただいたので参考にしてください。

Rent: $900 all-inclusive, fully furnished ($800 base rent + $40 wifi + $60 for renting furniture and included amenities)

Location: 341 Bloor St. W. (1 min away from St. George Station Line 1 and 2 of subway, very good location)
Close to everything Galleria Korean grocery store downstairs from the apartment and very close to restaurants, pharmacy, university, etc.
Included amenities:
(room) bed, desk, chair, lamp, coat hanger, drawer, extension cord, garbage bin;
(kitchen equipment) microwave, toaster, blender, rice cooker, pots, pans, water heater, knives, utensils, plates, chopsticks, cups and mugs
(condiments) salt, pepper, mirin, soy sauce, cooking sake, hot sauce, baking soda, paprika, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, curry, italian seasoning, basil, rosemary, ketchup, mayo
(cleaning stuff) vacuum, broom and dustpan, swiffer, lysol, toilet cleaner, hairdryer and iron/ironing board, dishwashing liquid, hand soap
Agreement: 4 months with possibility of extension on a monthly basis if everything goes well; move-in date is on or after May 15 (June preferred)
