Job Title: Barista

Pay: $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience

Location: Bean on 5th Cafe (Bean Around the World), North Vancouver

Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
• Provide excellent customer service in a welcoming, community-focused environment
• Keep workstations clean and organized, maintaining our café’s cozy aesthetic
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive, efficient workflow
• Engage with customers, offering recommendations and enhancing their café experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a coffee-related role is preferred but not required
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing methods
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for contributing to a community-centered café culture

一般的なマーケティング会社で想像するようないわゆる代行会社とは違い、お客様と一緒に考え、進め、成長していくマーケティング企業です。だからこそ弊社が欲している人材もお客様の目的から逆算し、最善策を考えられる「自走できる人材」です。

今回募集するポジションが2職種ございます。
1, マーケティング・営業
まずは成果報酬型の営業業務からはじめていただき、得る製品の理解を深めたり、お客様の理解を深めます。その後、ある程度自身の中で仮説ができる程度に営業を行った後に、希望者には弊社のHPやSNSを通じてマーケティングをしていただきます。レベルによって内容は多少変わりますが、基本的にはまずは簡単なSNS投稿やブログ投稿から始めていただき、できるようになれば少しずつ
難しいレベルに進めていきます。

2, 動画編集者
1動画あたり$30~40で動画を作成していただきます。
1~2時間程度の作業時間で完成する動画ですが、スマホでしか動画編集の経験がない方だと少し難しいかと思います。
