One room $1000, two rooms 1600.
I prefer to have one person or a couple who take both rooms..
But will consider two singles .

2 unfurnished rooms available in a 3bd\1bath updated 2 level bungalow home .
One large room on main level, and one small room on the bottom level.



Hastings Sunrise neighbourhood near the PNE. Close to transit. And all kinds of shopping.

Lovely south facing yard & patio. Modern washer dryer.
BIPOC friendly.

Some furnishings available if needed. (tv, single bed , desk, side table , lamp)


Could be excellent for someone visiting family or exploring the city for the best months we have.

You will be sharing the home with a Mom and 9mo old .
Aside from the baby gear, we like a minimal, organized and clean space. We don’t have room for other furniture in the common space.
We will be travelling through some parts of the summer so you will have the home to yourself at times. While we are here, we have a fairly regular routine so use of shared space (kitchen\bathroom) can be organized. The nature of living with a baby is there are times the home needs to be mellow and quiet and times that baby makes noise. Easy going and adjustable folks would be the best fit. Ideal fit would be someone who enjoys children.

You:
- ideally are a woman or mature couple
- have an occupation/school outside the home
- do not have pets
- do not smoke
- are a solid and respectful communicator
- do not use fragrance or products with fragrance in them. (This is a non-negotiable house rule due to severe allergic reactions)

旦那に言われたので、書き込みします。

本人には気づいて欲しいですが、個人を特定するのも嫌なので、本人が気づくといいなと思って書き込みします。
最近付き合い始めたばかりのカップルで、Johnという名のカナダ人（白人）は、アジ専でアジア人女性をかなり下に見ている発言を職場の同僚にしているそうです。表だってというよりかは、自分より若くて何も言ってこないような若い男性や女性の同僚に向かって、Asian girl doesn’t have self worth.. so easy to start relationship… 等話しているそうです。
この内容が明るみになった理由は、若い女の事務員にセクハラ発言をしたことで、今謹慎処分になっているからです。「女は男から夜誘われなくなったら、用無しだ。そのための存在しかないのだから、２ヶ月レスまったら、別れる決意をしろ」と、彼女に言ったそうです。別に事務員の子と仲良く話してつい発言したと言うよりかは、いきなり部屋に入ってきてそう言い出したみたいで、彼女はすぐにボスに話して、ミーティングしたそうです。そのため、色々とした性差別や人種差別の話が浮き彫りになったそうです。

旦那には、I got a Japanese girl… my Japanese girlfriend… を連呼してきたそうです。Johnの彼女の名前も知っているので、〇〇でしよ、と言い直してもJapanese girlをわざわざ使います。Japan好きとか言っているけど、別にそんなに詳しくもない。

こういう変なアジ専おじさんが、本当にいます！！！
特に、日本食レストランに探しにきます。常連になろうとします！本当に気をつけてください！モラハラになったり、同等の関係が作れないかもしれないし、そもそも、日本であればキモい部類に入る人です。

子供を作ればすぐにPRが取れるから、と言って簡単に子供を作ろうとしてくるカナダ男性の話を聞いた事があります。

いらぬおせっかいかと思いますが、一応忠告です。
エリアは言いませんが、ラーメン屋で働いている方にむけてです。
