This place is suitable for a single student, working holiday visa holder, or working professional. The tenant should be clean, quiet, responsible. No smoking, no drinking, no party, no pets.

バスはR5のExpress　Busで、バス停から家まで歩いて４分くらいです。
そのほかに16番、14番のバスもダウンタウン経由でUBCまで行きます。　
London Drugs、TD Bank、Royal Bank、図書館、Shoppers Drug　Mart、MacDonald、Starbucks, Tim Hortons, 八百屋、日本料理屋など、家から徒歩で1〜10分です。

部屋は1階で、2階にはオーナーの家族が3人住んでいます。
住居スペースは全て改装したばかりで、
生活用品完備（新品）、家具、寝具、ベッド、デスク、椅子、本棚、クローゼット, 無線インターネットなどが部屋についています。
洗濯、乾燥機は１階にあります。
T/Oなし。 家賃には、Cable TV、インターネット代、光熱費も含まれています。
部屋はそれぞれ鍵つきです。
1階South Suiteに部屋が3つあります。

S Room 日本人の女性学生がステイしています。
N Roomは 11/1から入居可。浴室はS Roomと２人でシェアします。
E Roomは日本人の女性学生がステイしています。（専用浴室があります）

はじめまして。11月1日から入居可能です！
日本帰国の為、ダウンタウンにあるアパートメントでリビングシェアしてくれる方を探しています。
日本人女性限定の3人で住んでいる物件です。
プライベート空間です。
長期間、とにかく綺麗に静かに住んで下さいる方、ルールをしっかり守れる方でお願いします。
(在宅で勉強や仕事をしないフルタイムで働いている方/学生の方を探しています。)

ダウンタウンの中心地で、どこに行くにもアクセスしやすいですし、家の周辺は静かで変な人もいないので落ち着いて暮らせます。


お買い物は10分圏内に、IGAスーパーマーケット、コンビニ屋、Hannamスーパーマーケット、London Drugs、Shoppersなどが揃っているので不自由しません。レストランも豊富です。

電車は、10分圏内にバラード駅とバンクーバーシティーセンター駅の両方があります。
バスも、バラードストリートのバス停まで5分ほどで2番McDonald、10分ほどでグランビルストリートの
4,6,10,14,16,50番にアクセス出来ます。

家賃︰$900(インターネット、光熱費、共有の消耗品込み)

光熱費やネット料金、紙製品が高いカナダでは、お得だと思います。
デポジットは、$600です。(鍵デポジット込み)
退出時に、家具や鍵の破損、紛失などがなければ返金されます。(家の共有部を含む)
ミニマムステイは、6か月となっています。

キッチン、バスルームは他のルームメイトと共有ですが、まめに掃除もされていて綺麗です。
キッチン用具も揃っているので、自炊する方でも不便を感じないと思います。
バスルームは、リノベーションをしているのでとても綺麗です。

トイレットペーパー、キッチンペーパー、食器用洗剤、スポンジ、ハンドソープ、掃除用具等などの共有の消耗品は買って来てくれたものを使えます。

洗濯は、アパートメントの一階のランドリールームで行います。洗濯機/$3.00、乾燥機/$2.50です。
(そちらは各自で負担になります。)

お部屋はリビングシェアですが、過去に住んでいた方達はとても気に入って1年以上住まれる方ばかりでした。天井までパーテーションで仕切られているので、寝る時に隣の部屋の明るさで寝れないということも無く、大きな机があるので、勉強なども不自由なくできます。プライバシーも十分に確保できるので安心して住んでいだたけると思います。
