There is a well furnished house with one bedroom available at this address, you can check on your google map 1150 E 13th Ave, Vancouver, BC V5T 2M1. My name is Helen Gaston, 28 years. I am a native of Vancouver BC. The room is very neat with personal bathroom, laundry and well equipped kitchen. This is my inherited family house We want someone decent and friendly to take up the room. The rent is $700 monthly ( utilities included) and the lease agreement is month to month. I have a one bedroom available in my two bedroom apartment The 2 bedroom unit in the luxury building was owned by my dad before he died and it is fully furnished with your private bathroom, toilet access to kitchen laundry living room and car park Utilities are included in rent and it is $800 monthly and $200 security deposit, Lease Agreement is flexible and it is month to month. You’d be having your personal bathroom and toilet with private bedroom. you can as well bring in whatever you want for your own convenience.

　・いくつか楽器もあります（ギター/ピアノ）

アパートメントの一室ですので、ゲストを呼んでいただくことは問題ありません。
ドラッグ/タバコ・ペットなどは不可です。
