シェアハウスを探しています。私は日本の大阪出身で、現在バンクーバーのレストランでアルバイトとベビーシッターの仕事を掛け持ちしています。朝は8時頃に起き、夜は23時頃に寝るなど、規則正しい生活を心がけています。タバコや薬は一切しません。

綺麗で手頃な価格の部屋（ダウンタウンでなければ900以下）を探しており、ダウンタウンまで30分程、キツラノまで45分程で行ける場所を希望しています。立地が少し不便でも、価格が安ければ良いと考えています。ただし、デンやリビングルーム、ベースメントの部屋は避けたいです。シェアメイトは少なければ少ないほど理想ですが、ここは妥協可能です。

I am looking for a shared house. I’m from Osaka, Japan, and currently working part-time at a restaurant and as a babysitter in Vancouver. I typically wake up around 8 am and go to bed around 11 pm, living a regular and organized lifestyle. I don’t smoke or use any drugs.

I’m seeking a clean and affordable room, ideally within 30 minutes to Downtown and 45 minutes to Kitsilano. While location is important, I’m flexible if the rent is affordable. However, I would prefer not to live in a den, living room, or basement. I also prefer fewer roommates, but I am flexible on this point.
