交通
８番バスは家のすぐ前にあり、他にも４９番と３番が近いです。ダウンタウンまでバスで３５分。Metrotownまでバス４５分。

2人までのスイートなのでカップルや友達2人でシェアハウスをしたい方にぴったりです。一人でスイートを借りる場合は家賃月$1750＋電気ガス代で、二人で借りる場合は家賃月$1950＋電気ガス代（一人$975）です。

A 2-bedroom half basement suite is available for rent from November 1, 2024.
The suite includes a kitchen, a living room, a washroom with a bath, and 2 bedrooms. It is furnished with essentials (dining table, bed and mattress, desk and shelf/dresser in each bedroom). Washer and dryer is also available for no additional cost and attached to the suite. You will also have access to a big backyard that is shared with ground floor tenants.

The house is located in the Sunset neighborhood, just a 8-minute walk to many restaurants and produce markets. Transit accessible with bus #8 right in front of the house, as well as bus #49 and #3 close by. Free street parking is available for those who drive.

Rental is available for maximum 2-tenants only.
If you are renting the whole suite by yourself, the rent is $1750/month + utilities.
For 2 tenants (couple or two roommates) the rent is $1950/month + utilities ($975 per person).

a nice furnished small room with own private bathroom room in city of Vancouver (close downtown)

 Nanaimo St & Hastings St
 This room is shear one kitchen with other 2 boys 👶(international students)they are very friendly. it Is very bright and clean . This price is in clouding all utilities. Free high speed Internet and laundry it's very good for a international student or work visa people 
Here is very good location (Nanaimo St & Trimph St) close many supermarkets restaurants banks library and park. convenient to do everything it is Close to bus station : number R5), 4, 7, 16,14 and 210
*10 minutes to Downtowns
*15 minutes to SFU
*Close to community center
