賃貸・シェア＠バンクーバー

こんにちは。

現在カナダ、バンクーバーにCo-op留学中の日本人学生です。



10月中旬以降より入居可能な物件を探しています。

10/26が理想ですが少し早まる分には大丈夫です。



条件次第では長期的な滞在を考えております。



希望条件は以下の通りです。


・家賃：水道光熱費+Wi-Fi込　CAD1400前後

（一切シェア無し・貸し部屋の場合はアップ検討可）

・場所：ダウンタウンまで交通機関一つ、60分以内でアクセス可能であること（バス＋電車不可）

・家具家電付き

・テイクオーバー：無し

・半地下：不可

・2階以上の物件（コンド・アパート）
・スタジオ or バチェラー

・周辺環境：便利であれば嬉しい（スーパー、カフェ、飲食店等）

・通信環境：Wi-Fiありが好ましい

・物件の状態と管理：綺麗であること（日々の掃除はします）

汚れ・散らかっているのが無理なので綺麗に過ごすよう心がけています。

また、生活音には気を遣います。

Hi, I'm a Japanese student as a Co-op program in Vancouver, Canada.


I'm looking for a new home that is available from mid~late October.

If the conditions are a good fit for me, I would consider a long-term stay.



My preferred conditions are as follows:


・Rent: around CAD 1,400 including utilities
(I may consider increasing the budget for a private room (rent room) with NO shared, depending on the conditions)

・Location: Within about 60 minutes to downtown via a single public transport (no bus + train combinations)

・Fully furnished

・No takeover required

・No semi-basements
・Studio or bachelor suite is better

・Ideally in a convenient area (supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, etc.)

・Wi-Fi included would be appreciated

・Property condition and management: I prefer a clean space (I do regular cleaning myself).

I try to keep nice and clean.

Hello, We will have 2 private bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, available in a 5-bedroom shared basement unit. All of the rooms have their own bathrooms. You will share the kitchen and laundry facilities with 4 other people. Those rooms are not for couples, sorry.

We're making every effort to keep the common spaces in the house thoroughly clean. If you are not confident in cleaning and tidying up, please do not apply.

Rent: $1160
Available date: October 1st or September 28th (minimum 5 months)
Room size: 3.8 x 2.5 m (145 sqft) + closet + own bathroom
Furnished: queen size bed, desk, desk chair, desk lamp, dresser, etc.

*** Room 005 with separate private bathroom ***
Rent: $1130
Available date: November 1st or October 30th (minimum 5 months)
Room size: 2.9 x 2.8 m (85 sqft) + closet + own bathroom
Furnished: single size bed, desk, desk chair, desk lamp, dresser, etc.

Utilities included in rent: Wi-Fi, electricity, heater, laundry (washing machine & dryer), cleaning supplies (paper towels, cleaners, dish soap, etc.)

Current housemates for the basement unit: 1 Japanese, 1 Canadian, 1 Irish (mixed gender and occupation, average age: late 20s or around 30)

Others:
- Cleaning duties are assigned to each room by area.
- Each bedroom is equipped with a door lock.
- You are free to use cooking utensils such as dishes, pans, and pots.
- Security deposit = half of the rent
- No pet, no smoking
- Please keep quiet at night.
- You may bring friends to the house, but they can only stay for a maximum of six nights per month as this is a shared house.

Access:
- 20 minutes from Langara-49th Avenue Station or Marine Drive Station by bus and walking (1 zone)
- Bus #22 brings you here from downtown (Waterfront Station) for about 45 minutes without transferring (#N8 runs all night)
- 20 minutes from Langara Collage by Bus (#49)
