This room is shear one bathroom and kitchen with other 3 girls 👶(international students)they are very friendly. it Is very bright and clean . This price is in clouding all utilities. Free high speed Internet and laundry it's very good for a international student or work visa people 
Here is very good location (Nanaimo St & Trimph St) close many supermarkets restaurants banks library and park. convenient to do everything it is Close to bus station : number R5), 4, 7, 16,14 and 210

マスタールームは2名契約済みで、合計4名の居住です。
ㄴ1ベッド、1デン、1バスの家です。

✔️ 全ての部屋に窓があり、換気が良く、日光もよく入ります。
✔️ ハンナムマート、ティムホートンズまで徒歩3分 / 近くには韓国料理店や居酒屋がたくさんあります。
✔️ デポジットは月額家賃の半分で、キー保証金が100ドル（1人当たり）あります。
✔️ 米、トイレットペーパーは基本的に提供いたします。
✔️ キッチン用具、掃除用具、掃除機、炊飯器などが揃っています。 ✔️ インターネットは無料で、電気代が$50を超えた場合は1/nで負担します。
✔️ 建物内にはジムがあります。
✔️ 家の内部に洗濯機と乾燥機があります。
✔️ スカイトレインバラード駅まで徒歩10分、バス停まで家の前1分の距離にあり、ノールバンやダウンタウンなどへの路線が豊富です。

We are Korean landlords. Please understand that we do not speak Japanese.

The master room is already rented by 2 people, so there will be a total of 4 residents.

The house has 1 bed, 1 den, and 1 bath.
✔️ All rooms have windows, providing good ventilation and plenty of natural light.
✔️ It is a 3-minute walk to Hannam Mart and Tim Hortons, and there are many Korean restaurants and pubs nearby.
✔️ The deposit is half of the monthly rent, with an additional $100 (per person) key deposit.
✔️ Basic supplies such as rice and toilet paper are provided.
✔️ Kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, and a rice cooker are available.
✔️ Internet is free; electricity costs exceeding $50 will be shared equally.
✔️ The building has a gym.
✔️ The house has a washer and dryer.
✔️ It is a 10-minute walk to Skytrain Burrard Station, and the bus stop is 1 minute in front of the house, with many routes to North Vancouver and Downtown.

⭐️ Not all furniture is in place yet. The furniture shown in the current photos will be removed, and new furniture will be provided (except for the den's bunk bed). Beds, desks, and storage furniture will be arranged in all rooms (please check the room layout in the photos). 😊
