Although not pictured, there is a built-in 8-drawer drawer at the back for good storage.


It's great for jogging at Sunset Beach, and there are restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets within a 7-8 minute walk.

Rent fee: 1200 deposit 600
Price includes utilities, bathroom toilet paper and kitchen utensils are ok to share (living room 2, 3 people including myself)

The rent is $650 monthly with utilities included gas, water and internet. The security deposit is $200 making the total rent for the first month $850.
