リノベーションされたばかりで、お部屋は200sq ft とかなり広く過ごしやすいです。専用のバストイレがあり、キッチンは他女性2人とシェアです。

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, mature, honest, clean, mature, quiet, female roommate to rent a beautiful peaceful home, fully furnished room in a modern, super quiet, private house located near Kitsilano Beach and Jericho Beach, just a few meters from the ocean. UBC Campus is 10 minutes away by several bus lines.

Our modern, private home is just steps from the ocean, nestled in a friendly neighborhood amidst the scenic Westside beaches, vibrant coffee shops, delightful restaurants, and various retail outlets of Kitsilano.

Home Amenities:

The room is extremely private, super clean, and exceptionally quiet. Other features of the house are close proximity to a warm bathroom and warm shower. The building is well maintained and is also very secure.

Our room share would be the ultimate location for a serious student wanting to focus on their studies, or a person wanting a lot of privacy and quiet time. UBC buses are approximately 3 minutes away. Downtown buses are 4 minutes away. Rent includes utilities, fast internet, and laundry.

Availability:
Room is available starting October 25 or November 1. The current monthly rent is $1,000.00.

家の近くにはスーパーマーケット、銀行、レストランなどいろいろなお店があります。
