ネット水道光熱費込み。キッチンには食器、調理道具有り

Bus407、402まで徒歩8分
リッチモンドセンター（Richmond Brighouse Station)までは徒歩＋バス13分


入居期間は4ヶ月〜、入居時に入居月の家賃+デポジット半月分が必要です。デポジットは退去時に損傷等がなければお返しします。

綺麗好き、マナーを守って住んでいただける方（ゴミ出しはアパートと違い、リッチモンド市指定の決まった曜日に出す必要があります。自身のお部屋、共有スペースは各自で分担して掃除をお願いします。）
退去申告は1か月以上前にお願いします。
