家賃は1050ドルでリッチも良く、ダウンタウンのRobson streetまで徒歩20分。バスも徒歩数分圏内にあるので便利です！English bayも近いので浜辺でチルが好きな人にはお勧め物件になります！デポジットは550ドルになります。
部屋には電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、炊飯器必要な物は全て揃っていて、コンロもあるのでお部屋でフライパンを使って本格的な料理をすることも可能です！
部屋にはベランダもついていて、とても大きいドアなので風通しも良く、8階なので景色も良いです。晴れてる日には朝からコーヒーを飲みながらゆったりしたり、夜には星を見ながら音楽を聴いてチルできます！
喫煙可なので喫煙者にとってはとても過ごしやすい環境になると思います！
家主は気さくなカナディアン白人男性で動物愛好家なので、可愛らしいウサギと猫がいるので動物好きの方にもお勧めです😊とても自由な環境なので特にこれといったルールもありませんので、自由な環境を求めてる方にとってはストレスフリーでとても良い部屋だと思います！
猫が基本的に部屋にいるのでrestroomに専用のトイレがあります！なので水回りが少し良くない時がありますが、そこを割り切って頂ける方を探しております！

Our address is 796 Main street, close to the Main and Stadium Skytrain stations and buses 3,8,19.

We are located at the corner of Main and Union streets, near Chinatown, in Downtown area.

Our student apartment has 23 private, single rooms, with shared washrooms, showers, laundry, and kitchen, and free wireless internet.

Rent price is $650 per month. (Utilities: such as heat and electricity are included in rent price.)

Deposit: $325

We prefer customers to stay for three months or longer.
