My name is Viney Wilson, I was born and brought up in Vancouver. I have been away from my home town because of professional career. I am 37
I'm coming back to Vancouver and I'm planning to settle down in my
hometown this year. This is the reason why I want to rent a room out of my two bedroom apartment located on 3477 E 48th Ave, Vancouver, BC V5S 1H6
The rent is $500 per month with a security deposit of $150 it includes all the utilities
(water,electricity,gas). It's completely furnished and equipped! long terms staying is what I will like but not compulsory, back yard directly connected the park where is consisted of lawn and trees, clean air and fresh atmosphere breathe may be boosting your immunity system lol. I am interested in either male or female young and very neat. I like to keep house extremely clean.
