Location is ideal for working visa and students, only a 6-min walk from Rupert Skytrain Station (in the cheapest transit fare zone) or a 16-min drive to downtown. Also next to the main bus lines on Broadway. Grocery stores like Walmart, Superstore, T&T Market, and banks within 10-min walking distance.
** SPACE **
Three bathrooms, two showers and shared kitchen. Roommates are young working professionals and students, mostly Japanese and Chinese. Quiet hours after 10PM.
** CLEAN **
Cleaning every two weeks of all bathrooms, kitchen and common spaces by a professional cleaner plus a Roomba robot that vacuums daily.
** SAFE **
Each room is secured with an electronic number lock. Main entrance monitored by 24/7 security camera. Clean home in a safe neighbourhood across from a park.
** PLEASE NOTE **
No pets, drugs or smoking. Single occupancy only. Half month security deposit required. Prefer longer stays.
