A private room for rent in 3 bedrooms basement suite.
All utilities and Wifi are included and shared with the whole household.

7 mins walk to bus stop (bus#112) going New Westminster station or Edmonds station. Closed to 22nd stn and Edmonds Stn.
Looking for non smoker, no drugs, no pet, no parties..prefer a student or worker.

We are family of 3, friendly and respectful.

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, honest, clean, mature, quiet, female roommate to rent a beautiful, fully furnished room in a modern, super quiet, private house located near UBC, Kits Beach, Jericho, just a few meters from the ocean. UBC Campus is 10 minutes away by several bus lines.

The house location is in West Kitsilano (near Alma Street) which is a very safe neighborhood close to all the wonderful Westside beaches, yoga studios, gyms, cool coffee shops, excellent restaurants, and varied retail outlets in Kitsilano.

The room is extremely private, super clean, and exceptionally quiet. Other features of the room are a very large walk-in closet, a separate door to the outside, and proximity to the warm bathroom and shower. The building is well maintained and is also very secure.

Our room share would be the ultimate location for a serious student wanting to focus on their studies, or a person wanting a lot of privacy and quiet time. UBC buses are approximately 3 minutes away. Downtown buses are 4 minutes away. Rent includes utilities, fast internet, and laundry.
