Your private bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference.

This condo is located in very convenient location in New Westminster on Mowat Street and is close to Douglas college and walking distance to New Westminster Skytrain Station. It is also walking distance to convenient stores, restaurants, schools, parks, coffee shops, medical services and more. It is on the 2nd floor of a newly updated building and has a nice view from the living room window with a large south facing balcony.

This is a well maintained strata building and is professionally managed by a reputable property management company. This suite was renovated a few years ago and the previous tenants have taken really good care of it. This building offers comfortable condo living in a quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood.

This room will be available September 1st or possibly a week earlier if needed.

Rent is $1195 and includes heat, hot water, 1 parking space and storage.
This suite comes with a washer and dryer in the unit and there is also a laundry room in the building.
