Room for Rent:

We have two very big and furnished bedrooms with a shared bathroom available in our house. Rent is month by month and one month notice if you decide to move out. We are looking for a 1 person to rent each room. The rooms are fully furnished.

Location:
Located less than 5 minutes walk from Burquitlam Skytrain Station. With major buses such as 151, 156, 153, 180 and 143. Parking is available.

- Fully furnished bedrooms for your comfort and convenience.

- Includes shared washer and dryer
- Shared fridge with one other person
- Utilities (electricity, water, internet) included in the rent.

House Rules:
No partying: We prioritize a peaceful and respectful atmosphere for everyone's enjoyment.
No overnight guests: To ensure security and privacy for all tenants.
No smoking in the house
Single occupancy only: Each Bedroom is suitable for one person only. No couples, please.
We take a 50% deposit from the price of the room. After you move out, and there is no damage to the property we will give you your deposit back.
No pets.

調理器具や電化製品、家具もすべて揃っているので、こだわりがない限り初期費用はかかりません。

There is an outdoor space on the 5th floor where residents can relax.
It is safe as there is a 24-hour concierge.
Vancouver City Center and Yaletown Station are both close by.
There is a washing machine and dryer you can use it comfortably.
