We are looking for tenants who can move into a downtown condominium room on Alberni St starting August 1st!
Move-in date: August 1st
Address: Alberni St (Downtown)
Rent: Living room $870, Den $850, Second room $1300
Important Information:
Minimum stay is 4 months.
Rent includes $50 for water and utilities.
Internet is fully included in the rent.
A deposit of half the rent is required (in dollars).
Once the deposit is paid, we will create the contract and secure the room for you.
The deposit will be fully refunded upon move-out if there are no damages or stains in the room.
The owner will provide furniture such as beds, desks, and storage.
The kitchen is shared with other roommates.
Each room comes with a private bathroom.
Gym facilities are available for use.
