It has a living/kitchen, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. There is a sundeck facing south.
The monthly rent includes electricity, water, gas, and wireless Wi-Fi Internet fees.

It is very close to all amenities, with only a few minutes walk to five central banks, Starbucks, Shoppers Drug Mart, the public library, Buy-Low Foods, the post office, medical clinics and dental offices, a bakery, a pizza store, Dollar Tree, grocery shopping, restaurants, insurance brokers, the post office, etc.

There are washers and dryers available in the building.

No pets, no late parties, no smokers, no heavy drinkers. Suitable for persons who always pay rent on time. The Tenant agrees not to smoke tobacco or cannabis on the premises.

We are currently looking for a house or an apartment in walking distance to school for 2 or 3month.
I am hoping that furnished, rent is up to CAD2000, and possibly, walking distance to Queen Elizabeth Park.
I believe my working permit will be approved soon, so we will leave to Vancouver during August.
