located in one of the best places downtown, 2 min walking to the skytrain and just above Costco, multiple convenience stores around. 5 min close to sea walk. Room includes bed, small personal fridge, own heater and own closet, bathroom is shared with one more person only.
Then apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, nice leaving room, and two balconies with great view.

-respectful person
- preferably student or full-time worker
-non smoker
We are 2 guys living in the apartment 1 Korean and 1 Mexican , we bout work full time and spend most of the time outside, so we are looking for someone who respect all utilities and the apartment since most of things are already provide. Both of us have early work, so hopefully, you don't mind a little noise in the morning
