I’m looking for a Japanese female roommate to share a living room with. I already have a Japanese woman as a roommate, which is why women only. The location is 777 Cardero St in downtown Vancouver. The rent is $600, and there is a security deposit of $300 and a key deposit of $100. The rent includes rice, detergent, and hydro. Although the building has coin laundry, I have my own laundry in the suite, so you won’t need to pay for coin laundry. Additionally, I clean the common areas (bathroom, kitchen, etc.) every week. you don't have to clean the common area. available from Aug 1st
