・デポジットをお支払い頂いた時点で契約書を作成し、お部屋を確保させて頂きます。。
・デポジットはご退去の際に、お部屋の破損・汚損なければ、全額返金されます
・ベッド、デスク、収納など家具はオーナー側で準備させていただきます。
・キッチン・バスルームは他のルームメイトとシェアとなります。
