かなり先の話ですが、12月1日〜中旬（17日くらい）の間、日本に一時帰国中に住める人を探しています。
ねこを飼っていまして、住み込みでお世話をしてもらうことを条件に、無料で部屋を提供します。
２BRのコンドに一人で住んでいるので、ルームメイトもおらず快適に住めると思います。
日本に帰国する直前で住む家を探している人にちょうどいいと思います。
禁煙、No パーティ、Noドラッグです。
場所はニューウェストミンスター駅直結で、周りに必要な店は揃っていて便利な場所です。

Furnished room with double bed, bedding, shelf, desk, chair, and mini fridge. Candidate will be sharing washroom with shower/tub with only one other person. Two seniors and two adults live in the house.
The room is on the 2nd floor and the place is located about 10 minutes walk to Joyce skytrain station and close to Safeway, London Drugs, supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and bus stops. Metrotown Metropolis Mall (largest mall in BC) is two skytrain stops away. Street parking. Available July 1,2024. Preferred 1 year lease.
