Room size: 4.5 x 2.5 m (120 sqft) + walk-in closet + private bathroom
Furnished: double size bed, desk, desk chair, desk lamp, TV stand, etc.
Current housemates: 3 Canadians, 2 Indians, 1 American, 1 Japanese, 1 Taiwanese (mixed gender and occupation, average age: late 20s or around 30)
Utilities included in rent: Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, laundry (washing machine & dryer), and cleaning supplies (paper towels, cleaners, dish soap, etc.)

- Cleaning duties are assigned to each room by area.
- Each bedroom is equipped with a door lock.
- You are free to use cooking utensils such as dishes, pans, and pots.

- You may bring friends to the house, but they can only stay for a maximum of six nights per month as this is a shared house.

- Bus #22 brings you here from downtown (Waterfront Station) for about 45 minutes without transferring (#N8 runs all night)
