Looking for a roommate in Downtown!

Start from 1st July!!
The monthly rent is $1400

Room in a building located in Downtown Vancouver on Robson Street and Homer, in front of the Public Library!

10/15 min from many Skytrain stops (Granville, Yaletown, Chinatown, Vancouver City Centre)

The room showed in the photos will be furnished with bad frame and shelf (no desk and no mattress).　


In the apartment we are 2 guys, both workers, and a well trained dog. We are looking for a respectful and clean roommate, no preference for a girl or a guy.

2 washrooms, so the roommate for this room will share the washroom only with one guy (very clean :D )! In the photo you can see the washroom shared.

We like to share and maintain common spaces in a good state and talk to each other and inform before if we want to do something at home, like invite people, dinner, movie night, etc…

No random parties.
But we are very open and chilled :D
