I am looking for a tenant who will stay in the second bedroom from July 1st.
The unit is on 28th floor so it has nice view.
Also there are swimming pool, hot tub, saunas and gym are in the building.
The location is right in the center of Yaletown.
Washer and dryer are in the unit, you can use it anytime.
Internet and hydro are included, toilet papers and laundry detergent will be delivered every month.
The rent is $1300 per month and the deposit is the half of it.
