Nanaimo St & pandora St This room is shear one kitchen and with other 2 boys 👶(international students)they are very friendly. it Is very bright and clean . This price is in clouding all utilities. Free high speed Internet and laundry it's very good for a international student or work visa people 
Here is very good location (Nanaimo St & Pandora St) close many supermarkets restaurants banks library and park. convenient to do everything it is Close to bus station : number R5), 4, 7, 16,14 and 210

I prefer to have one person or a couple who take both rooms..

2 unfurnished rooms available in a 3bd\1bath updated 2 level bungalow home .
One large room on main level, and one small room on the bottom level.



Hastings Sunrise neighbourhood near the PNE. Close to transit. And all kinds of shopping.

Lovely south facing yard & patio. Modern washer dryer.
BIPOC friendly.

Some furnishings available if needed. (tv, single bed , desk, side table , lamp)


Could be excellent for someone visiting family or exploring the city for the best months we have.

You will be sharing the home with a Mom and 9mo old .
Aside from the baby gear, we like a minimal, organized and clean space. We don’t have room for other furniture in the common space.
We will be travelling through some parts of the summer so you will have the home to yourself at times. While we are here, we have a fairly regular routine so use of shared space (kitchen\bathroom) can be organized. The nature of living with a baby is there are times the home needs to be mellow and quiet and times that baby makes noise. Easy going and adjustable folks would be the best fit. Ideal fit would be someone who enjoys children.

You:
- ideally are a woman or mature couple
- have an occupation/school outside the home
- do not have pets
- do not smoke
- are a solid and respectful communicator
- do not use fragrance or products with fragrance in them. (This is a non-negotiable house rule due to severe allergic reactions)
