Renting an independent room for one or two clean and responsible person.
- Excellent location, one block from Joyce skytrain station.
- The room is on the first floor with an independent entrance. You will have a private room with a key to the room and a private kitchen. You only share the bathroom with one other quiet and polite tenant.
- It can be two separate beds or one double.
- Rent is $1,100.00/month including Wi-Fi, gas, electricity and heating. Laundry is available once a week.
- Half month of damage deposit is required.
- No pets, no smokers, no drugs, no parties.
