it is about 10 to 15mins walk from commercial broadway station.
the rent is 750 deposit 375.
the rent is month to month.
the landlord is selling the house and there will be occasional house viewing from realtor, I will need the door to your room opened while house viewing.
the house will be given 2 months eviction notice once the house is sold.
things such as sugar, sale, pepper, cooking oil, bathroom toilet papers and rice to be shared by everyone provided by me.
Most likely best suited for someone moving out of homestays.
