Our roommate is sadly leaving the country, so we are looking for a quiet and respectful roommate for May 1st. We are a couple in our 30s in a 3 bedrooms apartment.

- Long term -At least a year
- $1300/month Internet + Hydro are included
- The room has a private entrance
- Located 2 blocks away from Kits beach and 4th avenue (2nd and Vine)
- Laundry in the building
- Looking for quiet and respectful roommate
- Sadly no pets since we have 4 guinea pigs ( cats/dogs not allowed in the building)
