3brの2bathroomで、現在は友人と二人で住んでおり、マスターベッドルームにはカナディアン（20代男性）、セカンドベッドルームに私（女性）が住んでいるので新しい方は私とバスルームをシェアする形になります。なので申し訳ありませんが女性限定とさせて頂きます。WasherとDryerは部屋についています。

今ビルが長期の工事を行なっており音がうるさい日があるので、平日の日中は仕事や学校などで外に出ている方や、音が気にならない方のほうがいいかと思います。

私たちは友人同士なのでルールなどはまったくありませんが、二人とも綺麗好きなので綺麗に保ってくれる方でお願いします。
