Quiet, clean ,comfortable condo close to all public transportation (including Skytrain) and shopping. Space is semi-private. Price is very affordable. There is mostly families living in the area. There is also a beautiful park located right beside my building. Lots of wildlife including ducks, geese, raccoons and rabbits. There are also lots of dog owners in my building. If you love animals, you will see a lot regularly.
I work in the film industry in Vancouver and am often away at work. I am friendly and easy to talk with. If you are looking for someone to practice your English with, I am happy to help you.
