滞在期間・5月上旬より1年
立地・ダウンタウン、Zone1、Zone2もしくは、駅近(最寄り駅から徒歩10分以内)でダウンタウンまで40分以内
家賃・〜＄950程(Utility・Wifi・ランドリー込)
部屋は、綺麗で清潔感あれば大丈夫です。狭くても大丈夫ですが、勉強が出来る机や椅子、簡単なクローゼットがあると嬉しいです。
出来れば鍵付き・女性専用シェアハウスだと嬉しいです。
土日にて内見可能日あれば、併せて候補日程いただけると助かります。

I am a Japanese woman (early 20s). I'm looking for a room where I can stay for about a year from May.
Desired conditions
Period of stay: 1 year from the beginning of May
Location: Within 40 minutes of downtown, Zone1, Zone2, or near the station (within 10 minutes walk or bus from the nearest station)
Rent - $950 (Includes Utility, Wifi, Laundry)
The room is clean and tidy, so it's okay. It doesn't matter if the room is small, but it would be great if there were desks and chairs that I could study, and simple closets.
If possible, I would be happy if it is a sharehouse with a key and exclusively for women.
I'm free after 3:30 p.m. on weekdays and all day on Saturdays and Sundays, so if there is a possible date for a preliminary inspection, I would appreciate it if you could schedule a candidate.
