Its located in False Creek near Yaletown, full of bars, restaurant and vibrant but in a quiet residential street, south facing overlook of Granville Island , fantastic city views and facing Granville island.

Parks and seawalls are on the door steps, ferry just around the corner to Granville island.
Free gym, Jacuzzi, hot tub, swimming pool in the building.

We are Chinese and Japanese straight woman in our 30s we prefer to have female roommate who values cleanliness and care about the environment they live in.

we have cats if you love cats or want to experience having them in the same house, this will be perfect place for you to play with them.

・15 minutes to downtown
・Deposit is half the rent ($365) → The room will be secured once the deposit is paid!
・Room with Your own key
