a nice furnished small room in city of Vancouver (close downtown)

Nanaimo St & pandora St This room is shear one kitchen and bath room with other 4 boys 👶(international students)they are very friendly. it Is very bright and clean . This price is in clouding all utilities. Free high speed Internet and laundry it's very good for a international student or work visa people 
Here is very good location (Nanaimo St & Pandora St) close many supermarkets restaurants banks library and park. convenient to do everything it is Close to bus station : number R5), 4, 7, 16,14 and 210
*10 minutes to Downtowns
*15 minutes to SFU

家賃は一人当たり〜800で考えておりますが、相談出来ればなと思います。
仕事の都合上、家に帰るのが遅くなることがあるのでお風呂の時間に制約が無ければ嬉しいです。

I am looking for a shared house in Vancouver.
Expected move-in date is end of April or early May.
Rent is between $600 and $800.
I intend to stay in Vancouver for a year on a working holiday.
I would be grateful if you could introduce me to a property.

Furnished large bedroom with semi private bathroom for rent available now. $850 per month for single occupancy. Bus #26,31,100 near by complex, easy to access metrotown and downtown areas.
Kitchen, laundry room, and living room are shared in a townhouse. Wifi included. No Smoking, no pets, no parties, no drugs and no subletting.
