　２階建てハウス、完全プライベートな部屋です。専用入口、テーブル、いす、ベッド、クローゼット、収納棚有り。お部屋のドアはセキュリティ強化のため、鍵つきになっています。洗濯機は専用です、いつでも使えます。全員日本の女性学生さん、安全、安心です。
　大変便利な場所にあるため、多くの方が長く住まれて帰国しています，シェアーを理解出来ていて後片付けや清掃がきちんと出来る方，日本の常識で安心して長く住みたい人向けです。ルームメイト全員で当番制の掃除を行います。
　また徒歩2分でsubway, pizza屋，コンビニや小さなマーケットがあるのですごく便利です。公園や学校も近くにあるので、ダウンタウンまで出る必要がないくらいでした。メトロタウンまでは2駅なので通学、通勤のみならずお休みの日のお買い物にも便利です。UBCやカナダラインにつながるバスターミナルがあるのでよるでも人通りが多く、治安の面でも安心できます。ぜひ見学に来てください。
