　大変便利な場所にあるため、多くの方が長く住まれて帰国しています，シェアーを理解出来ていて後片付けや清掃がきちんと出来る方，日本の常識で安心して長く住みたい人向けです。ルームメイト全員で当番制の掃除を行います。
　また徒歩2分でsubway, pizza屋，コンビニや小さなマーケットがあるのですごく便利です。公園や学校も近くにあるので、ダウンタウンまで出る必要がないくらいでした。メトロタウンまでは2駅なので通学、通勤のみならずお休みの日のお買い物にも便利です。UBCやカナダラインにつながるバスターミナルがあるのでよるでも人通りが多く、治安の面でも安心できます。ぜひ見学に来てください。

a nice furnished small room in city of Vancouver (close downtown)

Nanaimo St & pandora St This room is shear one kitchen and bath room with other 4 boys 👶(international students)they are very friendly. it Is very bright and clean . This price is in clouding all utilities. Free high speed Internet and laundry it's very good for a international student or work visa people 
Here is very good location (Nanaimo St & Pandora St) close many supermarkets restaurants banks library and park. convenient to do everything it is Close to bus station : number R5), 4, 7, 16,14 and 210
