＊ディポジットは退去時に部屋に問題がなければ返却いたします。

シェアハウス、貸し部屋ではありません。家具などはすべて揃っていますので、
すぐに生活できます。完全プライベートです。ランドリーはアパート建物内にあるコインランドリーをご利用ください。
バス停は建物前にあり、DTまではバスで35分〜45分です。

カナダを離れる半年間のみの貸し出しとなりますので、既にある家具などで問題なく（テーブル、ベッド、クローゼット、デスクなど）、責任があり、きれいに使っていただける方に借りていただきたいです。
2人でのシェアも家賃の負担が少なくなると思うのでOKですが、
ベッドルームは一つですので、お友達同士だとプライベートを確保するのは難しいと思います。（一応、リビングにはソファーベッドがありますが。。。）
