We have one room available for a non-smoking quiet tidy female. The house is clean and renovated. The room is on the main floor not basement. You will have your own room, wireless internet, TV, heat, etc with no additional fees. You will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with another female student and myself. The house is in Vancouver (1 zone to downtown) located on Sherbrooke St close to 45th Ave making it convenient to take any one of 4 buses. 5-7 minutes walk to 3 buses that go straight to Metrotown (30 minutes), downtown (25 minutes), Langara (15 minutes) and UBC (45 minutes).

The room has a LCD TV, full cable, a desk, a closet and a twin size bed.
